Service-oriented staff and outstanding breakfast.
A flat-screen TV with cable channels, central heating, and an individual safe in the room, excellent and fantastic location. Lovely views of city;))

The staff were excellent - from housekeeping to reception to room service. I stayed for three nights and was most comfortable throughout.
The room service menu could be a little broader. It did smell a little of cigarettes every now and then in the hallways

Spotlessly clean hotel, SERVICE-MINDED staff, magnificent location on a Boulevard which has been completely dug up to build a Metro underground line. Very clean beds, a work desk, coffee/tea making facilities and a flat-screen TV with cable channels in the room. Honestly nothing too much trouble.

Location in easy walking distance to the city center. Comfortable rooms.
Very expensive and forced valet parking (17 Euro/day). Free wifi is of poor quality and cuts out often. The room rate is only good value if you pay a discounted price. The breakfast is priced at 22 Euro / pp. The rooms at the street-side are noisy. The insulation is mediocre (poor window frame fittings) and you will hear traffic noise all night long. The front desk is aware but warns that rooms on the backside of the hotel are also noisy due to garbage trucks coming through in the early morning.

A quick and honest take
Great location, just a short walk to attractions. The staff were attentive, going the extra mile . The breakfast spread was excellent and delicious, but the room could have been cleaner. A pleasant experience with plenty of amenities for comfort and convenience.

Hotel perfectly and recently renovated. Beatiful room. Amazingly confortable bed.
The only black point was the welcoming. The lady was freaking cold and distant. We've got the feeling of arriving in a military camp.

As a result of a late check-in and a rather occupied hotel I was given a suite. A very nice surprice & a customer oriented solution that I highly appreciated.
